Dealing with core work

Asked By: Anonymous     Views: 558 times

I am having a difficult time with the core work. What do you do when you discover some issues from your past? how do you get past them or accept them?

Core work includes bringing the repressed issues in your “reservoir” to a conscious level. The primary issues are the variables that cause anger and rage. This repressed and recycled energy drives the physical symptoms of anxiety. Referencing the John Sarno M.D. model ; this anger and rage is so powerful it inhibits the flow of oxygen into the blood stream creating Tension Myositis Syndrome which often manifests as physical pain. After you bring the anger to a conscious level your therapeutic objective is to channel the anger into productive energy. In “mind state” terms you want to “nurture” more of your “natural child”.
